This easy, no cook recipe, makes other dips seem ordinary and dull. The spice of jalapeños, sweetness of mango, savory black beans and other surprises, result in a colorful combination of explosive flavors.
1 can of black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can of sweet corn
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/3 cup chopped red onion
1/3 cup of finely chopped cilantro
2 cups of diced mango
2-3 tablespoons of fresh lime juice
1/2 cup of pineapple marmalade
1 can of jalapeños
